Big and buttery for an unoaked Chard. Tons of green apple on the nose and a nice full body. Much lighter in flavour, though, than the oaked Chards from Roche. Went pretty well with a mixed mushroom risotto type dish (chicken stock based, a bit of parmesan), although less well with the Balsamic vinaigrette that was beside it.
