Well I have kept a case of these in my cellar for a long time. Just started to drink them two years ago.
The first bottle was a wonderful surprise. Yougot the bouquet from across the room and
after decanting it was showing well right away and continued to improve for an hour.
The wine is fully matured and it has beautifully integrated oak and fruit character.
Very smooth on the palate and wonderful nose with great depth changing from dark red fruits to cedar and then
even subtler notes of leather and spice emrged. A pleasure to just inhale the aromas ever few minutes. The depth
seemed to increase for the first 20 minutes or so and then tapered a bit but the palate did not waver. It was just a really
special wine with a great steak. Perfect complement .
Not sure how long it may stay at this plateau - but it has not disappointed or changed much over the last year.

Slightly sweet - well integrated oak and fruit. Depp dark color and good length on the palate.
Drinking well but has body to keep improving for a year or two
