Rare day of relaxing at home, anticipating the porterhouse and a good bottle of wine. Went with the Rocca, tried it at the wine shop a month ago and loved it. Decanted for only an hour, but already opened up nicely, silky smooth yet complex. Love the vanilla aftertaste will savor the rest of the case!

Went well with blackened salmon off the home grill. Let it breathe for an hour, got better with time, a really nice full bodied Pinot with a good mix of spice and fruit. Got a great deal at $39.99.
