Drank at the Village Pub in Woodide, CA over the holidays. Very extracted and dense wine. Double decanted 6 hours prior to consuming. Intense nose with aromas of blackberry, chocolate, and coffee. Wine was still opening up through the course of dinner. Spectacular nose by the end of the bottle. I will wait another 2+ years before drinking another bottle.

Good wine but needs more time. Decanted for 1.5 hrs and still did not have all what is has to offer. Will wait to open for other bottles.
