Oeil: Rubis - Grenat
Nez: Cerises - Bois
Bouche: Bois - Réglisse

Très bon! Une belle persistance autant au nez qu'en bouche. Le bois est bien présent et donne à ce zinfandel une texture bien ronde. Les tanins sont biens présents aussi ce qui lui donne l'équilibre espéré.
