Very interesting Malbec from Benegas Lynch estate. Full bodied with soft and mellow tannins. Very juicy with hints of black cherries and dark berries. The balanced acidity and a full body backbone make it perfect to pair with grilled beef, pork/lamb sausages or a barbecue.

this wine is a bold douro wine. fruit driven, spicy with supple and well integrated tannins. Decanted for 2.5 hrs before first sip, showed nose of dark plums, berries and licorine. on the palate it showed all of its complexity and silkness. I would wait 1-2 yrs before uncorking another one. i am sure it still can improve from some more cellaring.

dark ruby color, sediments are present. Nice nose with red fruits, oak and hebs. tannins dominate the palate, medium-light body and medium finish. i think it is still young, i hope time can smooth tannins. very interesting wine.

The wine really opened up after 1hour decanting. Still quite young, i think it will get better in a couple of years.
