A bit past it's prime and outside the recommended drinking window, but a fun try. Purchased at the winery upon release and stored until now. Opened several old cabs as an experiment.

It's past it's drinking window, but still actually has some meat on its bones! Enjoyed it with a few other old California wines that had not held up as well.

Still an amazingly smooth and delicious cabernet. Among our favorites since it's release, really glad to have let it sit to experience the elegance of it's aging.

Risky to wait this long to enjoy this wine, but a worthwhile test of its staying power. App says drink by 08! After 2 hours to breathe, this wine proved a very nice way to wrap up a challenging day. Other notes are on target with references to being port-like. A nice way to toast to Simon.

Concerned initially that drinking window had passed. Initial taste was good, not great, but given a little time in the glass the beauty of this wine came through! Some amazing fruit left, silky smooth (to me, my wife said smooth, but not silky). Reminds me why we are huge T-Vine fans..we are rarely, if ever, disappointed. Can't wait to see how the 99 held up!!
