Blown away by this Cab! Just wow! Fabulous scents of menthol, cedar, thyme and eucalyptus along with dark dark fruits. On the palate, just a long long finish where the fruits mingle with the herbs and goes on and on. Feels like a perfect time to drink. Had with Lamb Chops, charred carrots and au gratin potatoes at CIA Copia in Napa.

    9/15/18, 8:38 PM - I did not decant - just popped and poured. It felt like it still had a lot of life left too. One of my favorite wines so far this year.
