an attractive wine , I liked it a lot. Not very expressive on the nose initially , needs a short aeration , 30-45 mins was enough , openned up nicely. Fine tannin profile and complex. Acid structure gives it a fresh kick and makes you want it more.. I do not think it shows it full potential yet. I believe in 2 years it will be in perfect condition. I do not like old and tired wines .. For any tignanello vintage , 5-10 yrs is the perfect window of top performance.. very pleased , if I come across again , I would definatately buy more...

Its a nicely made wine. Drinks well at this age but would be better in a couple of years. Little restraint on the nose , black currants , some earthy notes and spiciness is obvious. Oak presence is nicely balanced. On the palate a little tartness followed by a good fruit concentration . Finish is medium to long . overall I liked this wine. Its medium body and juicy in style.

a bit closed on the nose rather spicy. Aromas are not saturated and feeling a bit green. Medium body with firm tannins . feeling juicy and weak on the pallate , finish is drying and astringent.

Dark fruits and plum on the nose with a hint of oaky notes on the nose.Medium body but not very well structured. expected it to be firmer and stronger. Decanting really not worked well ,after half an hour wine turned dull . finish is a bit bitter and stinking with alcohol.

One of my recent favorite wine. Its big and bold. Very intense with lots of fruit plus earthy notes. tannins are firm and strong , Nose is layered and complex. Giving it a proper decant opens up the wine nicely.
I believe it has a strong aging potential anywhere between 5-15 years. Have a couple of bottles in my cellar , will surely follow how it evolves. One of the best Turkish wine I have tasted lately.

One of my recent favourite Turkish wine lately , Nose feels a little bit closed in the beginning but opens up nicely after half an hour decanting at least. Distinctive cherry and dried fruit notes in first layers than some spicy earthy notes apperars but I find hard to distinguish at this stage. Medium body on the palate with nice complexity and warmth. Complexity degrades to a medium lenght finish. I will watch out how this wine evolves . Could age well at least for another 3-5 years. very interesting.

impressive nose for the price. fruity in the start and little spicy later, I had it with cheese and smoked salmon. An easy going wine to pair pasta and chicken dishes I believe. not very interesting on the palate
with an acidic finish. Could be a good food wine though.
