A: The bright body sports a lemon-gold core with prominent, deep, golden hues.

S: A medium intensity exudes bruised apple and white floral notes along a citric spine.

P: Dry/off-dry with confident acidity that balances a medium body. The flavour profile presents itself less forcefully than the mouthwatering acidity, yet citrus notes of lemon and lime, green apple, and grapefruit band together in a respectable display. Floral notes also reach the palate as elderflower and jasmine jive with a slight herbaceous lemongrass freshness, an intriguing hint of clove spice, and a clean wet stone minerality.

O: All-in-all this wine offers good value, and will happily accompany fresh fish dishes ranging from shellfish to sushi or even a zingy ceviche.

A: Pale lemon-green core with bright lemon hues blends into a watery rim that eventually creates quick tears upon its retreat.

N: A moderately bold nose offers a youthful array of bright primary notes of peardrop, gala melon, lime and elderflower.

P: Off-dry sweetness and soft acidity barely manage to balance a relatively eager alcohol that leaves a slight burn as the wine warms up a few degrees. Peardrop, peach, honeydew melon, and lychee create a luxuriously juicy entry with elderflower notes and fennel seed leading into a finish that exudes nuances of burnt almond. Length is relatively short-lived.

O: A solid value wine that should be enjoyed sooner rather than later, and would work perfectly with a warm Camembert or seasonally suited squash ravioli.
