Our third bottle of this in just over two weeks! As I mentioned before, this is still extremely young and will likely go up by a couple of points in the next 3-5 years. But it is still so hard to resist right now. Hands down the best Pierre Peters L'Esprit vintage that I have ever tasted. This has wonderful length and richness along with medium/high acidity, bright chalky minerality, and floral aromas. Flavors include bright citrus, tangerines, green apples, lemon sorbet, cookie dough and cream. This is hard to find, but worth the effort in every way.
