This is a wonderful offering from Mitchell Katz. Full-on cabernet sauvignon fruit, complexity hits all the buds and satisfies the ever hard-to-please palate. Incredible with smoked BBQ lamb. Still great with gazpacho and avocado and dynamite with the sautéed young zuchini and home-grown Yukon Gold potatoes. You simply cannot ask more from a cabernet Sauvignon! My regards to the winemaker!!!
