Still an acidic, powerfull Aligoté that is promising a mellow future.
I've to keep my hands off those bottles but who can resist it?

What a stunner. This wine should be incredible in a decade. It's so young, primary, and huge right now, very dense on the palate with sweet apricot/peach flavors but lifted with superb acidity and a massive presence of flinty minerals. A pleasantly bitter note on the finish rounds out the experience. I imagine that with time this wine will really blossom. Thanks Mike.
