I have 2 more. This definitely showed the warmer vintage with lots of fruit even 6 years in. I will wait till 10 years to crack another.

Tart red fruit. Cherry and cranberry as expected. Faint oak and vanilla. Medium acidity. Silky tannin. Delicious now. Will cellar my other bottle for 5 more years to see what develops. Good value will buy more if I get the chance.

Tasted early to see if I needed to buy more. At first wasn't sure what to think. Longer it was in my glass the better it got. Definitely needs time in the bottle and some air after opening. Has a bright future.

1/31/16, 6:55 PM - I deliberately went vague on this one because I'm not sure the wine is at it's full potential. I tasted 4 PGC 2014s tonight and will tell you the Notorious stole the show. The ETOH didn't make an impact and was well integrated for the most part. The Anniversary Cuvee nose was little muted. Fruit primaries were a bit muted as well. There is some nice structure there, tannin and acid, which is why i say it needs some time. Of the 4 I tasted tonight: Notorious, Balcombe, Olenik, and AC- I will be buying more of the Notorious for sure!

Dark in color. The nose has oak notes. Has typical berry palate with red meats. Not so much pepper. Not as much structure as I wanted and bit flabby. Not sure if more time will help out. Would have probably rated higher except I just drank 3 killer northern rhones earlier in the week at a tasting that blow this out of the water. Won't buy more and will hold the last bottle I have hoping for improvement but not sure time is going to change anything.
