Day 1- tasted against 2013 Carlisle Carlisle Vineyatd. Lon thought it may be a Cab. Only hint was bricking. Fruit, smooth operator, Long and silky. Cellar tracker said 2012 drinking window. Glad I waited. Glad I have a Bills Bolck in the cellar.

Still has it. Floral Nose with hint of honey. Concentrated on the palate with dried apricot and hint of ripe melon. Velvety finish.

Body still there, edges softened, nose and taste speak of a massive oak history.

Decanted this one hour, really excited based on quiveras past. initial impression Velvet mouth feel, light on the tannins, dark fruit, didn't get much oak/tobacco, smooth but short finish. Clean, tight, young. Improved with time and air. Look forward to trying this down the road, hope it will hold up
