Big strawberry jam nose. Moderate tannins. Better than I remember it. Color not typical for the appellation.

This bottle was much better than I expected. I drank it next to 10 other Cabs and it was superior. It was also older than all the others. Not very extracted, but rather light with excellent subtle favors. Nice value.

Nice wine. First bottle I've had in quite a while. I really enjoyed it. So nice to drink some nice red wine again.

Pleasant but pretty thin in flavor. Just a little awkward. A worthwhile wine to try but don't get a case before trying one.

When opened, this was alcoholic and rather unpleasant. After letting it sit out for 24 hours, it opened up rather nicely. The nose improved quite a bit. Currently the nose reminds me of melon and citrus. The flavor and mouthfeel are unbalanced still and I fear it will not improve. I will have another glass this evening and see how it goes.

Very light. Little color, little flavour. This wine had a little bit of fungus taste but that was it. Lots of bubbles though. I almost laughed out loud when I tasted it. It bubbled so much I expected it to taste like champagne. It certainly did not.

I drank half a glass and just poured the rest out. What is the point of this wine?

Classic riesling characteristics. Nothing extraordinary. Sweeter than I would like, but I prefer it dry. Nothing to right home about, but fine for the price.

Better room temp. than cold. Not in the classic New Zealand style. A fine SB but not what I was expecting. Think a Califonia style wine.

Major buttered popcorn nose tonight. Almost sillly. Tastes great. Much better than the last bottle I had. Not really similar either so this is rather inconsistant. This bottle is fabulous though, so I am not going to complain.

Lighter color. Light Body. Very nice nose. Floral and cedar. Sour cherry flavor. Moderate tannins. Good wine considering RP thinks this variety sucks as a rule. This is a wine I would drink again. Probably with food. Sweet BBQ worked well with this.

Everything about this wine is safe and uninspiring. I didn't really enjoy this wine until I paired it with a triple cream bree. The cheese improved it a lot! This wine won't offend most people and won't wow most people either.

I drank this socially and was unable to give it a serious tasting. That said, it was very good. Though not decanted, the nose was still open and very nice. It was not over powering on the palate. Perfectly balanced. Very smooth. Soft tannins. Outstanding wine.
