Initially, right out of the bottle into the carafe, I was worried this had turned. The smell was musty and stinky. But after 20 minutes in the carafe I took my first pour and was amazed. I could taste and smell the classic Jackass notes, and all the mustiness was gone. By my second pour, almost an hour later, there was even more clarity.
