From the bottle 16C-> Reader to drink. «Outstanding». Tannin aftenen a lot sinve 2015. Decanted, new taste within 2 hours.

The bottle was flat and tasteless when opened, 13 degrees Celsius. After an hour and cooled to 11 degrees celsius everything opens up with characteristic chablis flavor.

What a surprise. No decanting, temp 17 C. This bottle was much better than previos tasted nov 2015. Light version of Priorat? maybe I should have bought some more!! Will give my last two bottles some more years in cellar to see if they will reach 92

92. Decanted for 4 hours. Outstanding!! Thought is was corcked, but after some hours decanted at 14C it open up. Perfect wine reindeer and creamed cantarell.

From the bottle, promising, opening at 16C. but the rest of my bottles will stay for 3 a 5 year in my cellar.
