Garnet/ruby color with some cloudyness, cork was soft and broke on opening. Beautiful aromas of cassis and herbs, leather and some forest floor/mushroominess. On the palate stewed plums, cassis, touch of licorice. Medium- alcohol and good length. Wine is in perfect shape and drinking in its prime now. Last bottle, wish I had more,

Very light straw color, hints of green. Nose of lime zest, lemon, flowers. On the palate citrus lemon/lime curd, wet stone, almond, shbtle oak appeared as the wine warmed up. Fantastic length. Concentration is not as powerful and the texture not as creamy/round as other grand crus, but the wine is beautifully made, zippy and refined and would be incredible with seafood.

Drinking perfectly. Very complex on the nose and palate. On the nose rockmelon, pineapple and honeydew, saline salty sea air smell. On the palate, acid medium, creamy vanilla, lemon peel, saltiness. Insane clarity. The wine that started it all for me.

Delicious concentration, lemon curd and power with underlying stony minerality. Could go another 5-10 years easily.

Drinking quite thin and unremarkable, with fruit softening to reveal light savoriness but lacking in power. Don't hold back on drinking these soon.

Did a two hour decant. Strong dark fruit blackcurrent, bramble, muiberry notes. Tannins integrating nicely but still could go another 10 years.

Fantastic nose, floral elements of elderflower, touch of vanilla and oak but ever so slight. Not as saline as other Ceritas we’ve drunk.

Second fantastic bottle from this vintage. In its prime. Dark fruit, perfectly kntegrated tannins. A fine expression of Coonawarra shiraz.

Flat, not much on the nose. Very mineral.
