12/28/17, 9:44 AM - acyso has an opinion. I completely respect that! Not every wine is for every person. What I disagree with is acyso's belief that if you don't agree with that opinion, YOU are the one who is wrong. That is bullshit.
12/28/17, 10:55 AM - Cut and paste from acyso's own primary page. Please see notes from a wine scoring 60.I use (almost exclusively) the following scores:100: eyes-roll-into-the-back-of-your-head good98: pretty much perfect, but I can imagine how it might be even better95: superlative93: good to great90: above average (I tend to buy things that I know I'd like, so grade inflation has moved my midpoint here)88, 85: what I would like to imagine is the average quality of all available wine83, 80: below average70: has alcohol and is presumably made of grapes, though let's be honest, there's probably more oak than grapes here60: a crime against winemaking along the likes of Quilceda Creek, Marcassin, Colgin, or Pavie. If you like those, (1) my notes aren't for you and (2) you're wrong.
8/14/16, 11:04 AM - And I now wish I could have more! Not over-saturated and heavy, which happens in the heat of Priorat. Lively red and purple fruits. Terrific.
12/16/14, 9:09 PM - Wondering what else was poured?
