This wine is complex, concentrated and absolutely delicious. The bouquet is made up of aromas of cherries, dried fruits, butterscotch, caramel, cooked forest fruits and crème brûlée. The palate is soft and succulent, with intense cherry kirsch, mellow vanilla oak and spice flavours. It is balanced and long. Needs another few years in the bottle.
