This was an amusing bottle. "Decanted" in to a new bottle 6 hours before consumption, and stored well below room temprature. Started with ripe acidity, which of couse improved with raising temprature. Harmonic tannins, together with beef, and cream potatoes. Dark red fruits, sour cherries. However, the most intriguing was a small green taste of somtehing sweet and green like mint? Intriguing.

The bottle was drunk over three hours, decanted in a clean bottle and served at around 15 degrees celsius. At the first pour the clur was transperent but red, the middle was dark red, and the last pour was turning bronish. Traditional mature nebbiolo, red cherry fruit, light roses, after a while darker taste emerged. Liquiries, spices. Excellent wine, however, much darker than the usual 1967 PdB.
