Nicely concentrated and structured. A great deal of power, but also posesses some finesse. The fruit is lively and dark with blueberry and blackberry followed by a hint of wood. The finish is long and smooth. 95 points.

Liked this wine quite a bit. Ripe plum, graphite, and a hint of tobacco. Low acidity, nice finish, and tannins which could use some time. Moderate to high concentration and nice balance.

Insanely great. Brooding and loaded with blackberry and cherry--a nice combination of black and red fruit--followed by tannins that need some time to integrate fully. The finish goes on and on. Another great wine from Russell From.

I am a fan of Herman Story and loved the 2008 and 2009 nuts and bolts. Just popped a 2010 and am not dissapointed. Deep red color, lots of fruit (blueberry and blackberry), light tannins, delicious!
