Three first place votes from our guests in a 6 bottle blind syrah tasting. Opened nicely after two hour decant. Elegant and smooth as can be. Paired with a Peposo Beef.

Our last bottle from an amazing vintage. Flawless. One hour decant had this raring to go alongside our dessert, a dark triple chocolate financier.
