The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon and vanilla. It tastes like lemon, apple and oak. The body is medium. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.

I enjoyed this Sauvignon Blanc. Straw yellow in color, lemon grass on the nose. Taste was on the more tart side, med-high acidity with strong pineapple component.

I agree with some other tasting notes here. The wine was very hot for my taste, heavy tannins for a Pinot. Definitely should have waited a bit longer before opening this bottle up.

Strong citrus notes on the nose. High acidity, tastes like a lime sorbet. I enjoyed the wine.
