clove and pepper touch on the palate,
sweeter than I expected but pleasant acidity is harmonized with it.
umami taste makes me want to drink more

pleasant tropical nose come with floral note,
fresh white peach, lemon, passionfruit flavour on the palate
a hint of grassy taste like a sauvignon blanc

midium acidity and finish
enjoyable pinot gris!

earthy smell and taste are stronger than expectation,
but savory taste makes drink more

A : pale colour

N : white peach, lychee, melon, slightly fower and herb note, sweet aroma like a Spätlese(so aromatic!)

P : similar with nose but not sweet. pleasant acidic is alive with tropical fruit flavour. balanced well.
It will be much better after few years. ATM, young but delicious!
