Ok - so I found this bottle in my Dad's cellar and noticed that it may be past it's drinking window. Thought we would try it out. We decanted it and let it sit a bit. A good amount of sediment. The color did not look great at first but then it brightened up. After a while it warmed up and it was good. Unfortunately I cannot describe to you all the various flavors but there was a smooth finish, maybe vanilla, chocolatey.
