Enjoyed with chicken picatta, lemon, artichokes and capers and a side of garlic sauteed spinach. Almost all the difficult food pairigs. Light to medium bodied with fruity, spicy and peppery notes. Had a nice finish.

Enjoyed this blend although it was definitely heavy on the Zin. It opened up quite a bit over time. Hubby said, "buy again" .

Drank at 55 degree temp. and aroma was very erotic. Expected more on the palate but found a thin,non-fruity wine that was quite acidic. Would prefer to enjoy with shellfishand a squeeze of lemon!
