Pretty good! Have been drinking a lot of this CdR during the years, and it's never disappointing. Fine fruit and dark berries. 89+. Good value!

Xavier CdP use to be a favorite among the not so expensive CdPs. But this one seems to be a little one-dimensional still, like a better Côte-du-Rhône. Dark fruit and berries, quite hot and with some spices. I'll keep some bottles for at least 2-3 years, probably longer. Now 90 p.

Lovely scent, dark fruit, dark berries, violets, prunes. Similar taste, soft, with good acidity, some alcohol. Surprisingly mature and suitable to drink already. Will buy more (Little more than 10 € for 37,5 cl here in Sweden. More than worth the price).

Fragrance of black currant, juniper, dried fruit, ripe, cherry. Very good, balanced, ripe, plump, sweet and long aftertaste. We were 8 experienced wine tasters who tried this with 7 other good wines, and this was by far the best. Very good wine, which can be drunk for many years to come. 94+.

Very good, and well-balanced. Great now, but no hurry if you have some bottles left. Dark berries and dark chocolate. We all enjoyed this wine more than a (good) Barbaresco.

Very light, looks, smells and tastes like a pinot noir, but it's 100% pais, from old vines. Very fresh, at most medium bodied. A lot of red berries. To be drunk not to warm. Nice wine. 89-90p.

190715 with friends. Deep, dark color, great nose, very fruity, full-bodied but at the same time elegant, rich darkberriestaste. A lovely wine from a great producer. Bought at the wonderful Printemps de Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2016.

Quite light, a lot of red fruit, fresh. Good quality, still young. Will be interesting to follow. (Old winemaking area, near the border to Portugal, young modern producer, local vines) 88-89p.

Good wine, but a little bit too much alcohol and even too much dark sweet fruit. 90p, P- (not worth the price though a fine wine).

Typical better Tuscanywine, still a lot of tannins. Cherries and some dark chocolate. A little more than medium bodied. Think I will hold my second bottle a couple of years. 16+p/89p.

Great CdP, still quite young. Dark ruby, fruity, almost full-bodied but still elegant and harmonic with some sweetness of berries. A very good wine that will last for many years. 94p (at least).

Very dark, yet quite young, colur. Big nose, dark fruit, spicy and with a lot of alcohol. Heavy wine, you get much for the money, but this is from an excellent estate! I Think it will develop well a couple of years on.
