Deep purple centre that fades to a very light purple on the edges.

Very smooth tannins, with a peppery finish. Quite surprised at the acidity.

Enjoyed it with a pork roast on Christmas day, however it still feels a bit too young, and ill revisit this in another 3-5 years.
