I'm a big fan of this producer which is basically a CDP in all but name. Concentrated and powerful, they need time - in this case I'm not sure how long. It felt quite syrupy, but with the usual dark fruits, chocolate and liquorice. Decant next time.

Still young and surprisingly full bodied. Cherry coke, hints of spice, herbs and liquorice. Give it a while more...

Bought aa few years ago, and has improved a lot since. Initially it was quite flat and a bit acidic but now there's much more juicy flavour , blackcurrant and liquorice, good stuff

Opened for 2 hours.. Instant syrupy cdp hit of sugery dark cherry, herbs and pepper. Still actually quite concentrated and chewy, I wonder how long it could go 🤔

Still very concentrated, dark red with intense black cherry flavour but not much else... but give it plenty of air and it is very, very smooth indeed. Silky. Nice, keep for a few more years, let's see ...

Probably kept this little fella a bit too long. Lost a lot of it's original spunk, but smooth and not unpleasant with a curry
