Breathed 30 minutes & drank it in less with friends. I remember it being very good but not much more as this was the 6th bottle opened in 3 hours :D

Breathed for 1 hour. Berries and some mint on the nose which i found very odd. Garnet in colour. Tasted red cherries, boysenberry, blueberries, mint and vanilla. Nice tannins. Needs more time but looking good already.

Breathed for 2 hours. Such a good wine. So complex & well balanced already. If you have any of these hold on to some of them for at least 10-15 years.

Breathed for 2 hours. A soft cedar colour. Turps, coffee, chocolate, and black olive on the nose. The taste was nice with an under current of toffee and sweet berries. The tannin's were soft & supple but a nice addition. I feel some of the guts had been ripped out of the wine through time but nonetheless very enjoyable.

Not too bad. Not a lot going on here & very light for a shiraz. Soft & supple with a short finish. Decent wine.

Breathed for 1 hour. Look light & a little smelly ( it didn't look smelly lol ) with mixed berry fruit and hints a chocolate bullet. Light/medium bodied, with some tannin's. I got a hint of blackberry and oak. Not a favourite of mine so far but i have one left so i'll give it a few more years or so.

Breathed for 2 hours. Interesting on the nose, a full blown schnozfest! Heavy earth, soil, dust and petrol with an undercurrent of boysenberry & blackcurrant. It was plummy and dry with some burnt toast. Tannin's were in the background but the finish was dry & jammy.

Breathed for 2 hours. Hint of strawberries and spice on the nose. Lovely earthy spice with a hint of berries. Finish could have been better but given another 3-5 years this should be in the zone.

Breathed for 2 hours. Pretty good for just 3 years old. A hint of caramel & burnt toast. Nice & dry through the middle with a short dusty finish. Can't wait to open another one in 6-12 months & see how it's developing :D

Breathed for 20 minutes. Very nice wine. A tad sweet with a slight funky finish but i expect this will improve over the coming years

Breathed for 1 hour. Earthy with soft spicy red fruits. Some black plums with a slight chocolate and African coffee note. Medium tannin's. Nicely balanced now with a beautiful creaminess to the finish. Overall a lovely wine.

Breathed for 5 minutes & the change from 5-60 minutes was amazing. It had a dark purple red colour. Dark Aromas of dry oak, pepper & plum. Beautiful grain tannin, Medium bodied red that was already well blended & so smooth i almost cried. If i had more money i'd buy another 12 cases.

Breathed for just 30 minutes but from the first taste the the last 2 hours later it was a lovely rise to power. Lovely burnt caramel on the nose. The palate was supple & a little dry with a lovely caramel undertone. A hint of methol but seemed to compliment the wine. None left but the winemaker still has some so i think i'll be paying him a visit soon :D

Breathed for 5 minutes. This wine cost me under $10 AUD. Wow what a surprise this wine turned out to be. Very smooth & soft with some supple tannin's & a little fruit. Rather well balanced for such a cheap wine. Happy to have 1 more :D
