Dark cherry and chocolate. Full body. Integrated tannins. Still young and can cellar a few years still
White
In a good place with fruit, acid and slight petrol aromas

20 years and drinking fine. Can still cellar. Strong red fruits and tannins. Long finish.

Drank a bottle with Boxing Day lunch - not exceptional but paired very well with lemon meringue, bring out fresh citrus notes and sweetness. Medium body and finish. It's aged quite a bit and is yellow now.
White - Sparkling

Found this in the back of the fridge. Bottle was leaking a bit. It was surprisingly still good. Fizzy, sweet. Aromas of lychees

Decent cab sav. Medium body, would have preferred more fruit notes and less tannin but it's a personal preference. Decent drinking for the price

Lychees and some lemons. Hints of tangerine. Long finish. Very smooth. It was a seeper and the shoulder was low when it was opened. Hence was probably more mature, tasted a bit like a Sauternes

Smooth, still inky but not as fruit forward. Smooth. Finish medium. Opened this with cheese and it drank well. But should probably drink up

Initially had a strong mushroom aroma, not unpleasant but a bit too funky for me. It's sweet, the finish lingers and no funk. Did a lot better with food, pairs very well with foie gras terrine.

Drank with chinese food: steamed crab, fish and prawns. Open and poured. Brick red, nose still good but earthy aromas, very little berry notes left. Medium body and finish, cigars and wood. Should drink up, not sure how much longer it has

Buttery honeyed notes. Ripe fruit aromas. A mature Chardonnay now and may not be to everyone's taste but I enjoyed it with chinese food
White - Sparkling

Still drinking well. Fresh, lots of structure and acidity still, fine bubbles.

Still lots of red fruit and a mellow smooth (if slightly short) finish. Not much acid and tannin left. Does not have the peppery bite of a Shirazbut not sure if that is a function of aging or it is made that way. Nontheless, was great with a beef bourguiginon

Tasting like a late harvest red. Lots of fruit and sweetness. Not cloying and still has enough acidity to balance it out. So sad I only have one bottle.
