1/21/23, 6:28 PM - Henry Maybe i had just had an ant 🐜 topped caviar biscuit 😀
1/10/23, 4:57 PM - Not a sober review!
12/29/22, 7:47 PM - It will get much better , hang in
3/24/22, 1:41 AM - I gassed this last night with trepidation but next day it turned up more developed but in the right way which showed this has remarkable life for an Aussie Pinot , bravo!
11/23/21, 10:22 PM - Have just finished the last glass via Coravin. It is very heavy which is what Pommard is know for and is rated 90-92 by Burghound, or maybe 92 , but I haven’t had a Pommard for a long time and while I think Cote De Beaune wines are great value as the snobs don’t like them , I found this heavy and although age might help , I think it is developed enough to show its true self .Try a bottle now and see what u think, my cellar record says I have 2 more bottles, if so , they go to auction.
6/27/21, 9:11 PM - i have been having problems with aged Boillot whites, i love his style and value but he is too chancy after 10 years or so .
3/5/21, 12:15 PM - Another bottle , 92 drinking nicely but a bit more time would help
1/8/21, 8:06 PM - I follow Burghound for ratings and drinking windows and he says 2022+ , I’d be waiting a couple of years and I would also decant for 2-3hours ,his rating is 93-95 , I think it’s a special wine
6/21/20, 2:26 PM - 92 developed, toast , good
1/13/20, 11:43 AM - Nil
8/9/19, 3:55 PM - Meany to say gamay not galaxy
6/20/19, 12:15 AM - I did not buy 2011 because my favourite rating source Stephen Tanzer didn’t taste the 2011 but Janis Robinson who’s ratings are ok rated it 18 in 2016 and -17 a year later but that is still a good rating , I didn’t follow the vintage
4/12/19, 10:26 PM - I had a 2007 and it was great so i'm hopeful
