The wine certainly needs time to decant before drinking. When tasting directly after opening the bottle, the finish is very short and there is not much more than a juice flavor. As I let the glass sit, it seems to open little by little, providing a longer finish and oak undertone.

The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like cherry with a subtle note of strawberry. It tastes like cherry and strawberry with a dash of spice. The body is light. The wine has juicy texture. The wine finishes short but seems to come back with cherry notes. The wine has low acidity. Certainly has past it's peak.
