Enjoyed it with pork schnitzel, potatoe salad and pickled spicy cucumber. A perfect match for this golden, aromatic and dense yet fresh wine. For me, obvious ripe green apple, some pineapple and nail varnish remover on the nose. Extremely smooth with a lingering and even finish.
