10/9/22, 10:55 AM - Hi Rich, in my opinion this wine is perfect now. no upside to waiting, but I am evolving to drink wines a bit younger, appreciating the what these wines have to offer. No doubt this would be great in 3 more years but wow! this was right at the sweet spot in my opinion. Served with 8 minute brine, seared scallops over roasted squash risotto..... heaven
