Very good. I like this wine. Medium bodied fruity, smokey, earthy, and spicy. Peppery undertones are so unique. This was nine years old but has held up well.

Consistent with the other comments. Young, still a bit tight, did open up a bit to do show some dark fruit. Got a long life ahead.

Have to tend to agree with the negative comments. Somewhat disappointed with thus blend. CVR is usually very good. This vintage was remarkable in its unremarkableness. Nothing stood out. Will see down the road.

Impressive! Much much better then last years. (The 21 was a bit to funky and not enuf CSish.) This vintage is a very well developed cab sauv with just a hint of the funk to make it interesting. Well done Rich!

Dont drink much sauv blanc. Agree w adonisd1956 s comments. Very good. We paired it with alaska halibut chowder. (Coincidental my bro junobob also paired with alaska botton fish earlier this month!) Got as a gift-frm jbob, thank you very much-but seems like a great wine fir the price. May need to visit devison to restock.

Pretty good. Contains all six traditional Bordeaux red grapes. Opens tart but evolves into a nice drinking wine with mellowed dark fruits, tart cherries, and relaxed long lasting tannins. Lots of red mountain minerality.

Dont recall much abt this wine. Nothing bad but nothing remarkable either. Otherwise, this winery had a good reputation for their CF. And 2012 was a good year as i recall.

Wow! I really mean, WOW! If there is a benchmark for Cab Sauv, it must be something along the lines of this wine. I dont have a lot of experience with wine but this is about as good as i ve ever had. Amazing. No point in detailing nuances. Read the other reviews. This smells heavenly, is balanced, deliciously dark fruited, and drinkable right now. Dont wait, drink now as i dont know how it could possibly get any better. (But we ve a couple more bottles just in case it does improve.) Enjoy. We sure did.
