Popped last night on a whim. Decanted and we drank 1 1/2 glasses over two hours. didn’t wait too long for first sips. Extremely well constructed wine. Silky w/ long finish. Ripe blackberries, tobacco, pencil lead. Finishing note to me was a bit of licorice. Left in decanter covered in cellar overnight. Even more open today. Probably a bit of infanticide; however, if you decide to open soon, you won’t be disappointed.

Very well balanced sauv blanc. Had at rooftop bar in Portland. Highly recommend.

Pop and pour - amazing from the onset. Bright cherry and strawberry notes on the front and coffee and chocolate on the finish.

Thankfully have another in the cellar. Will wait another year or two to revisit.

Decanted 2 hours. Opened up nicely with complex flavors of black cherries and some spice. Medium finish. Good body and mouth feel. Excellent. Would keep and let sit for a few years.

Cork crumbled but able to remove without issue. Opened up after 30 min in decanter. Dark fruit with notes of coffee, spice and ripe plum and cherries. Drink now if have any left.

Really elegant. Amazing mouthfeel. A little closed down right now. Should be spectacular in a few years. Tried at winery.

Wild strawberries. Well rounded new world Pinot. Drinking well now. Could lay down for 4-6 yrs. Tried at tasting at winery.

Ripe berries. Cola. Don't hold. Not best example of seven springs in 06. St Innocent more refined
