Got only 3 Bottles for cellaring but couldn‘t hesitate much longer to finally try the first one and get a first impression of the potential and the actual condition in this young stadium. So let‘s see where this Riesling journey starts.
First impression of the Kirchspiel is very cool and clean. Impressing fresh nose with citrus, lime, elegant notes of herbs, wet stones, chalk and some saltiness. Lean body, already incredibly deep and complex. Super straight but pleasant acidity which gives this wine a enormous backbone and structure. The wine comes so fucking fresh even the Prince of Bel Air would be jealous about and ends in an intense long finish. Gets better with every sip and gains depth with every minute. Pure joy and elegance.

This is a sleeping giant and will sure get a real stunner in future (10++ years).
One of the best wines i have tasted from the warm 2018 vintage but unfortunately a little bit underrated compared to the other Keller GGs.

First Sparkling from Moritz Kissinger: Pinot Blanc, Zero Dosage, 18 months on lees.

Cripsy nose with fresh lemon fruit, green apple and some chalky-like smokiness in the background. Smells elegant like a fresh morning dew in early Spring, but comes along with a little bit more acidity which sharpens this Pinot Blanc like a razorblade - this is absolutely no stuff for low acid fans! But if you like this rough crispy style you will get a mouthwatering elegant drinkflow beast which shows up a fresh citrus driven smooth aftertaste and a good lenght.

Very interesting to try, couldnt expect such a lasersharp Pinot Blanc style before but we liked it very much. Truely a rough drinkflow monster with also enough class and elegance. Bottle was empty very fast and got us even thirstier with every sip.

Great basic N.V. sparkling, looking forward to my next bottle in maybe already half a year (could nearly not hesitate opening a second bottle from this mouthfreshener) to have a look how this will evolve with some cellar storing.

Being already hyped for more upcoming stuff exspecially in his higher ranges.

Second Vintage of the first Grenache grape variety grown in Germany (as a trial). Waaay too young but already stunning. This is Grenache german style. Cool expresive nose, kinda spicy and lil bit oaky, but everything on the elegant side. Very aromatic with juicy cherry fruit and deep-red apple. Nearly perfect balanced oak and decent spiciness which develops more and more with time and gets along with a smooth mouthwatering acidity as well as some tango dancing like tannin. Goes harder with every sip - very impressive for this young wine and unusual grape variety in germany. Definately more worth than a try, better get some bottles for storage to follow this wine getting a real monster in future.
May be the first Grenache in Germany, but maybe already the best wine from this winery...
