Better than the bottle I had a couple of years ago. Has gained some body, and a little bit of air helped this one shed its remaining rough edges. Tasty, light to medium red fruit, laser acidity, present but not overwhelming tannins.

Good qpr - stylistically halfway in between Sancerre and American SB. Light tropical fruit notes but not overwhelming, nice acidity. Tasty.

Way young still - tannic and electrically acidic on night one, better with a night under a cork - the fruit starts to shine and balance improves. Wait another year at least, better two.

Nice floral notes, tight mousse, tasty - FWIW, had enough body that I'm not sure I would have thought it was a BdB if tasting unaware. Also would have guessed brut, not extra brut.

Yes, it does show the heat of the year, by which I mean it is arguably within sight of over-extracted and there are some dried fruit notes, but it's firmly still on the delicious side of that divide, although nobody would confuse it with a Cornas or Hermitage (or CDP). It's got pulsing acidity, tone to contain/channel the ample fruit, and is a bottle I'd happily drink anytime you'd like to pour it.

Maybe a trifle sweet for me at this point, but a nice divergence from oak bomb/over extracted napa cabs. Medium weight, dark black raspberry, nice acidity, subtle tannins.

Out of magnum, liquid sunshine. Maybe if I'm quibbling I miss a little acidity in this bottle that some of my favorite Aubert chards can hit, but this was no slouch at all, and much loved by the dinner party.

From magnum relatively recently acquired from the winery. Great balance and maturity - dark but toned fruit, well supported by acidity and enough tannic structure to be noticeable but not objectionable at all. Fine bottle in good shape. Not sure it gets a lot better, but drinking well right now.
