Smells of "sonoma" (reminds me of my visits!) Tastes of cooked fruits (fig/blueberry/strawberry)and definiteley the rhubarb (as mentioned earlier) and sweet tobacco, finishes with a hint of char or smoke. I like it, but heavier than most pinots. I would not consider this a delicate wine. Would LOVE with barbecued meats.
