Medium intensity, developing aromas: waxy Honeycomb, honeysuckle, chamomile, fresh apricot and lemon rind.
Medium+ body, succulent mouthfeel with medium+acidity, mediulm alcohol, medium intensity flavors: fresh macerate lemon, fresh apricot and lime zest.
Medium+ length finish: very good/drink now or hold a few more years.

Light ruby color, very slow and viscous tears. Medium aromas of violet, raspberry cream mlik chocolate, sweet blackberry, cotton candy, black licorice. Dry with medium- body, medium acidity, medium (sft) tannins. High alcohol. Flavors mirror the nose - fairly simple, straightforward candied fruit. Medium- length finish. Acceptable; nothing either pleasant or unpleasant about this wine - simple, juicy crowd pleaser. Drink now.

Medium intensity, developing aromas: game, meaty, blueberry pop tart (pastry), rose petal, black pepper, licorice, int. Medium body, medium+ tannin (sharp & clingy), medium+ acidity, medium alcohol. Medium intensity flavors of sweet tobacco, blackberry pie, fig, black olive, pastry. Medium length finish, not very concentrated. Good wine but not a great value.

Medium ruby color (blue rim), very slow sheeting.
Medium intensity, developing noes with aromas of stewed cherry, jammy blackberry, black pepper, bitter cocoa, fennel.
Dry with Medium+ alcohol, medium body, medium+ itannin, medium+ acidity.
Medium intensity flavors of perfume (rosepetal) blackberry, strawberry candy, charred cedar, wet gravel. Medium+ length finish.
Drink now/ will hold. Very good wine.

Clear, medium ruby color sowing concentrated, slow moving ears.
M+ intensity nose with clean, youthful aromas of fresh cran-raspberry, rosepetal, smoke, saddle leather.
Dry with medium body, med+ acidity, m+ tannin (very grippy/green), high alcohol. Medium- intensity flavors which mirror the nose: gamey, rose petal, raspberry, gravel, green peppercorn, graphite. Medium+ length finish.
A very good wine - well balanced with a long finish, good complexity. Drink now.

Clean nose with medium+ intensity aromas - developing: cooked and stewed black fruits, black currant, licorice, dusty gravel / barnyard.

Medium- body, dry with medium alcohol, medium tannin, medium acidity and a creamy texture. Simple flavors: red licorice, cherry, tomato leaf, eucalyptus.

Overall a good wine: Drink now, not suitable for further aging.

*This wine was fermented open top in wood with indigenous yeast.

The wine is dry with medium body, medium acidity and high alcohol. The flavor intensity is medium- with flavors of lemon, cream, yellow apple, honeydew and pastry. The finish is medium- in length.

The wine has reasonable intensity and complexity, but a slight unbalance - tart and hot. Overall a good wine - drink now.

Clear, medium lemon color with a watery rim. Very slow sheeting.
Developing aromas of yellow apple, pie crust, honeysuckle, cream and ripe pineapple, medium- intensity.

The wine is dry with medium acidity and light body. It has medium alcohol, and medium intensity flavors of tart green apple, lemon pith, grass and cream with a medium+ length finish. Medium acidity, and a creamy texture.
Very good wine - drink now.

Refreshing & juicy

Clear, medium ruby with sheeting that hangs from the glass for an extended period of time before turning to very slow tears.
Medium+ intensity nose reminiscent of cherry tootsie roll pops: sweet black cherry, toasted Vanilla. A light florality (hawthorne), granite and saline. Flavors mirror the nose with medium intensity. Dry with medium+ alcohol and medium acidity, with a long finish of black cherry with granite (hint of dustiness) and saline linger.
Drink now or within the next 3-4 years.

A beautiful, complex nose that is surprisingly lacking in flavor concentration and length of finish. Maybe drinking in a dumb phase? Overall, well balanced wine (leaning toward very good) - drink in the next few years.

Clear, deep ruby in color.
Clean nose, with medium- intensity developing flavors: cherry, medicinal (cherry cough syrup), smokey, white pepper and cola.
Dry with medium+ acidity, medium+ tannin, medium- body and medium+ intensity flavors of cherry dimetap, chalk, sweet dried herbs and burnt toast. Medium alcohol. Good length, intensity, complexity and concentration. Overall a very good wine, drink now with the potential for further aging.

Clean nose with medium intensity aromas, developing: raspberry, blackberry, vanilla, black cherry (40-50% new french oak).
Dry with medium- acidity, medium tannins (with the feeling of very fine sand), medium+ alcohol, medium body, medium intensity flavors which mirror the nose. Medium length finish.

Clean with medium_ ntensity aromas of blackberry, stewed tomato, jalapeno and graphite.
Dry with medium+ acidity, medium tannin, medium body and medium intensity flavors that mirror the nose. A medium+ length finish of red fruit mingling with bitter herbs. Overall a godo wine, with a good QPR. Drink now, or hold another 3 years.

Medium+ intensity ruby color, very slow moving legs- appears to be quite viscous. Clean nose with medium intensity youthful aromas: fresh red cherries, blossom, vanilla, and a hint of brett (in a good way).
Dry with medium acidity, medim-tannin, medium body, and medium+ intensity flavors: tart red cherry, eucalyptus, tomato leaf. Medium+ length finish. Good balance, length, intensity, complexity and structure- drink now, will hold.

Clean nose with medium- intensity developing aromas of baked red fruits (strawberry, plum) and dried sweet herbs (bay leaf), olive tapenade.
Dry with medium acidity, medium (well integrated) tannins, high alcohol, medium body and medium intensity flavors of baked red fruit (plums), spice (cinnamon), and along finish of mingling fruit and herbs. High alcohol.

Well balanced with good length, intensity, complexity and concentration of flavors. Very good wine, drinking well with the potential for further aging.

A bright, light hay color. Intense aromas with green apple, pear, nectarine, pineapple and some floral notes. It is unctuous, fruity with notes of apricot, cantaloupe melon, paired with an outstanding acidity and a rich texture.

A pure Sangiovese showing a light pink color. The nose displays hints of strawberry, red cherry and pink grapefruit. The palate is fresh and vibrant and has a pleasant and long-lasting finish.

An impeccably balanced sparkler from Crémant de Bourgogne AOC, sourced from windswept, high-elevation and Atlantic-influenced vineyards.

The winemaker behind De Perrière is a notable (but top-secret) artisan producer based in Nuits-Saint-Georges!
Red
A lovely blend of rose petals, rich earth, and clove-scented toasted oak. The wine shows a round and layered palate, with candied cherry and lightly roasted coffee, Tahitian vanilla bean and a delicate oak framework.

Château de Costis has an extraordinary deep, shiny, red color. The aromas is powerful with a lot of fruitiness. The taste is soft with a very good amount of tannin for a Bordeaux wine. It’s a very well balancde wine.
