Dark purple brown. Nose of anise, clove, cola, mushroom, leather and oak. At palate entry, obvious tannin, juicy trape, grape skin and plum. Bitter, leathery and thin at mid palate. Short finish of pepper, licorice, lime, plum with hint of oak. Light bodied, but mouth puckering tannin and high acid, very unbalanced wine, don't think it will get any better.
