Medium body. Flavors of blackberry and stone. On the palate the oak is noticeable and overpowers the fruit. Tannins carry into the finish. This needs more years to balance out.

no one would have guessed this is aligote

2015 white burgundy, at this stage, I would say is not for the long haul as it lacks acidity it should have even for aligote

    8/30/19, 10:29 AM - From everything I’ve read, Roulot’s aligotes are aged and fermented in steel tanks, no oak.
