Excellent pairing with southwestern chicken dishes - pepper, lime, herbs, green chilies. Who would have guessed that an Austrian white wine would pair so well with that? We had it with white chicken chili.

This wine aged better than expected. Tannins have softened nicely and is at it's peak. It still has great structure and a long finish. We will drink our remaining bottles in 2018 and are really looking forward to sharing them with friends.

We just had a 2003 Gewürztraminer with some spicy Thai food. Interesting flavor. Still some sweetness, but not much. Great pairing. Amazing that it is still good after 14 years.
