Completely fallen over 5 years on. A shame that we had to tip this down the sink.
Inviting cassis nose delivers an intense blackberry and white pepper palate. Beautifully balanced. Savoury and not over-extracted with the pepper not overbearing. A lovely elegant wine.

Candied peel with honey notes and a little oak. Lovely acidity and beautifully balanced. Enjoyed with Sydney Rock Oysters.

This wine was still fresh, fruit driven and had classic pinot varietal characters. Warm biscuity front palate, finishing with acidic tamarillo characters. Good drinking until 2020
