1/28/21, 8:41 PM - This is no where near done. It’s perfect. A beautiful balance of fruit, and graphite , earth and age. I have 5 more of these and was worried about missing the supposed drinking window end 2018. Not a problem. 3 years later. Let it sit for 1 hour.
