Bu apres 36 heures ouvertes. De beaux fruits rouges tel que la canneberge, la cerise et la framboise, floral, tres frais. Finale sur de beaux amers et une belle longueur. Ca ressemble plus a un riserva qu’un PdB regulier. C’est tres bon!

Blind tasted, pop up and poured. The hue is turning from ruby to a light orange. First nose of cherry (the spirit) with sap and tar, second comes the back garden notes with cypress and wet earth flavors. Globally complex but not highly expressiv. Mouth a bit closed at he begining with forest strawberries, light licorrice, polish tannins and not a to strong alcohol ; quite balance . Matching perfectly a british pigeon with mushrooms (french recipe of course). After one hour the bandol clue became more obvious with liccorice, ink and sap. A noble wine at his peak. But it could be more based on finesse , with a little fat more for exemple, but could this appelation do so ? Tempier estate perhaps.
