We need to wait 3 hours. With a nice Seia Chesse from Portugal it is a perfect nigth with a perfect wine. I think it is not so good at first, but after 3 hours of decanter and air, the brow turns in a very unique ruby red. Esteva is one secure name in the portuguese Douro River wines.

The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lime, orange, grapefruit, black olive and green olive. It tastes like grapefruit, lemon and orange. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
